Around 20% of Adult Australians, or one in five people, will experience a mental illness at some stage in their lives. The subject of mental disorders is no laughing matter, and the idea of communicating this message to a large spectrum is challenging. We were completely blown away when we came across these minimal poster designs by Patrick Smith. Patrick set himself the challenge of defining each disorder in a minimal way which proved to cause a lot of controversy.

Envelopes are available in several sizes. The most commonly used are DLX and C4.
DLX envelopes measure 120mm x 235mm and is suitable for letters, brochures and invoices. A DLX envelope will hold a two-folded A4 sheet of paper and is the most popular envelope size.
C4 envelopes measure 324mm x 229mm and will hold unfolded A4 sheets of paper. They are suitable for certificates, legal documents and contracts.

Managers’ Guide: Disability in the Workplace

When Network on Disability first approached us we were given the brief to re-design their previous Managers Guide: Disability in the Workplace.

In lieu of the fact this guide is to be used for a corporate environment, we needed to produce a professional, well structured designed booklet.

Using bold colours to determine between each chapter, as well as the use of a bold and readable typography, provided for an easily navigated book that was designed in accordance to the Network on Disability standards.

Lonergan Research

Lonergan Research approached us with a brief for full re-branding and a new logo design. Because Lonergan is a market research company, we used an abstracted graph as the main form for the logo, as well as a warm colour palate so that the design stood out against other competitors.

UNSW Bookshop

The University Bookshop approached Red Ant Media with a brief to re-design their existing website. We needed to create a design that acted as an online directory to the masses of stock within the bookshop. With constant uploads and news, the website also needed to be designed on the basis of having a content management system, providing easy content uploading for the client.

Using a yellow and blue colour palate, the website design complemented the shop front, whilst also providing easy navigation for university students that would be using the website.

The client also was to install online shopping, so we kept this in mind when designing the overall design, keeping it simple and professional.
